buddy's apple snacking cake

i made this for a few friends and my family yesterday, it was gone before we even had dinner!! i know i am going to make this again

Buddy's Apple Snacking Cake
2 C. flour
1 C. sugar
1/2 C. brown sugar
1 1/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp allspice
1/4 C. oil
1/2 C. natural applesauce
2 eggs
1 med granny smith, peeled, cored & diced
1 med Gala apple
1/2 C. chopped toasted walnuts (optional)

TOPPING
1 1/2 Tbs sugar mixed w/ 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a small cake pan. mix ingredients and sprinkle w/ topping   bake 40-45 min.
